What you need to know - a summary

We believe that the ABILITY to Build Wealth and having the KNOWLEDGE to make good financial choices should be open to all, regardless of race, nationality, sexuality, gender, (dis)ability status, neurodiversity, size, religion, socioeconomic background, parenthood or any other arbritrary characteristic.

We work with clients ALL over the world with only a single exception - We don't work with n*bheads!

If you are a nice person, and wanting to take the ACTION needed to take charge of your finances in a way that FEELS simple, fun and empowering... you've come to the right place.

 

What that looks like in practice

  • We run a business that is non-judgemental towards our clients and accepts that everyone makes different choices... We understand that sometimes clients may be dealing with the consequences of past decisions that were made at a different point in time, and that with hindsight they may have chosen differently. We aim to provide practical solutions that help our clients to make sense of their current situation and FEEL better about money.

 

  • We treat each client as an individual and are commited to helping each of them find the right solution(s) for their needs - accepting that the amount of support they need may evolve over time. We have several core frameworks and signature methods that can be used in a flexible way to create something unique for each client.

 

  • We provide a range of solutions at different price points (including plenty of good quality free content) to allow people to move forward on their Financial Confidence Journey, regardless of income level and time available. Where possible we offer payment plans and / or access to payment gateways that offer flexible payment options.

 

  • We aim to make our training materials available in a range of formats and are phasing in Subtitles and Transcripts across our financial education products as we can.

 

  • We offer a range of appointment types and formats and ways of working including face-to-face, live streaming / online (Zoom etc), self-study and pre-recorded content available on-demand.

 

  • We aim to provide a choice of times / dates for live training or a replay / recording for those who cannot attend live but this cannot be guaranteed.

 

  • We try not to make assumptions about our clients and where possible will facilitate adaptations that support those with additional needs including physical and mental health, neurodiversity etc.

 

  • We provide a range of ongoing support and accountability options to help our clients to get the best outcomes possible - accepting that knowledge without action accomplishes very little.

 

  • We are committed to treating clients as adults and as such responsible for their own diaries and taking the necessary steps to move forward and eventually feel confident to continue independently. We are not here to create co-dependent minions!

 

  • We love to celebrate the success of our clients and accept that we play a part, but are not responsible for their success. We only use testimonials with permission, and will never share that we are working together until a client does so publicly.

We accept that this is a work in progress and that making our business FEEL inclusive will mean further changes over time.

Confidentiality

Money is a very private thing for many people, and you can feel confident that anything that is shared with us is kept safe.

In containers that include a group element, there will always be a facility to ask questions anonymously and at no point will anyone be asked to share things that they would rather keep private.

If you have been referred to us by an existing client or contact (or you recommend us to someone that you know), your / their privacy is maintained at all times and nothing concerning your situation, goals or the work we do together is shared with them (or anyone else!)
